In addition to the notary certified certificate, there are also translators who administer certifications at the courthouse and are recognised as expert witnesses.  Unlike the notary certification, the Courthouse certification is renewed every year.

Certified translators at the Courthouse are especially involved in title deed transactions. Notary certified and Courthouse certified translators can take office in courts.
