Notary Certified Translation consists of the translation of a document prepared in a foreign language or in Turkish into the required language by a translator who has a Notary Certified Translation Certificate and then the certification of this document by a Notary Certified Translation Office where the translator has a Notary Certified Translation Certificate.

Examples of documents that require notarisation include documents such as power of attorney, passport, birth certificate, diploma.

In some cases, notarisation is not required and the stamp of the Certified Translation Office and the signature of the Certified Translator may be sufficient.
